Course Overview

The QA Level 4 Award in Mentoring Ambulance
and Emergency Services Personnel (RQF)
has been specifically designed for experienced
ambulance and emergency services personnel who
are looking to progress their careers by gaining the
skills and knowledge required to become a mentor,
supervisor or team leader responsible for learning
and development in the workplace.
Over this 3 day course, candidates will develop
their understanding of the principles and practices
of mentorship within an ambulance or emergency
services context and gain knowledge in areas
such as: understanding strategies in the mentoring
process, creating a mentoring programme and
how to develop a culture of learning in the
workplace.
